In spite of the fact that work from home has been the new way the majority of employees work since the advent of the Coronavirus pandemic, experts warn that it will not be a sustainable model for #TheFutureofWork and that a hybrid workspace model will be a better option, instead. Some of the reasons cited are hinged on productivity, as several employees working from home insist that this new model is hurting their productivity.
