    8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Morning Zen

    Babalola begins his day at 7 AM, bright and early. He takes a short walk to his workspace, located just a block away, with a refreshing cup of coffee in hand. 

    The receptionist welcomes him warmly, and he starts his day on a high note, this efficient routine sets the tone for a productive workday.

    Babalola works in a meticulously-designed private office where he plans his day by prioritising tasks and making to-do lists. He believes that setting a clear agenda is the first step towards success.

     

    9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Team Productivity Meeting

    At 9 AM, Babalola convenes a virtual conference call with his team. He starts by assigning tasks and establishing goals for each team member. 

    He then oversees ongoing projects, evaluates the progress made, and offers helpful suggestions to ensure high-quality output. 

    Babalola understands the importance of clear communication and emphasizes the need for everyone to be well-informed and up-to-date.

    10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Client Connection

    With the morning office routine checked off, Babalola switches gears. Leveraging the meeting room with a 55-inch smart screen, He delivers a brilliant presentation to a client who wants to redesign their furniture. He leads the conversation, carefully reviewing their requirements, addressing any concerns, and gathering feedback.

    He continues with more client calls, leads negotiations, and keeps existing clients in the loop about the company’s ongoing projects. Building and maintaining relationships is paramount for his business.

    12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: A Break in The Hustle

    Money is to man what food is to the body. 

    Babalola does not take lunch breaks for granted. In the eco-friendly kitchenette, He uses the time to recharge and take a few walks in the compound to get inspired.

    12:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Quality Assurance On-site

    Now, it’s time for the fieldwork. Babalola and his team embark on on-site inspections across various locations. Quality assurance is non-negotiable for his furniture company. They ensure everything is up to the mark and take any necessary corrective actions.

    4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Review and Reflection

    The day is coming to a close, but Babalola’s work isn’t done yet. He wraps up by reviewing the day’s work with his team. They discuss what went well and identify any unfinished tasks. These uncompleted tasks become top priorities for the following day, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
